How to use Extract PDF Pages

  1. Choose one PDF file.
  2. Enter the page numbers or ranges to extract, such as 1,3-5.

  4. Download extracted-pages.pdf and check the selected content.

What the tool creates

The extractor accepts individual page numbers and ranges, removes duplicates from the selection and copies the chosen pages into a new PDF in the order produced by the page list parser.

The result is extracted-pages.pdf and contains only the selected pages.

Common uses

  • Creating a short chapter from a report
  • Sharing only relevant contract pages
  • Saving selected worksheets from a packet

Important limits

  • Invalid or out-of-range page numbers are ignored.
  • Document-level attachments and some bookmark structures may not carry over.
  • The tool cannot extract content areas inside a page; it works with complete pages.

Privacy note: Supported processing runs in this browser tab. Do not process files you are not authorized to handle, and keep an original backup.
