By using FileSwift Tools, you agree to use the service lawfully and only with files you are authorized to process.

No warranty

The tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Output can vary by browser, device, file structure and third-party library behavior.

Your responsibility

Keep original backups, inspect downloaded output and obtain professional review when legal validity, signatures, redaction, accessibility, archival compliance, print accuracy or security matters.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to violate privacy, copyright, access controls, contracts, laws or the rights of another person.

Third-party services

Hosting, advertising and linked services operate under their own terms and policies. FileSwift Tools is not responsible for external websites or advertisements.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the project and its operators are not liable for lost files, altered output, business interruption or indirect damage resulting from use of the tools.
