What the tool creates
The tool updates the rotation setting of all pages or the page numbers you enter. A page list can include individual pages and ranges such as 1-3,5.
The result is rotated.pdf. The page content is not intentionally rasterized; the page rotation property is updated in a new document.
Common uses
- Fixing phone scans with mixed orientation
- Correcting landscape pages inside portrait reports
- Turning upside-down imported documents
Important limits
- Page numbers are counted from 1 and invalid numbers are ignored.
- Some viewers may interpret existing page rotations differently.
- Changing a digitally signed document can invalidate its signature.

Can I rotate only one page?
Yes. Enter that page number in the optional Pages field.
How do I rotate every page?
Leave the Pages field blank and choose the required rotation.
Does rotation crop the page?
No. The tool changes page rotation rather than intentionally cropping content.
Can different pages use different angles in one run?
One selected angle is applied to all specified pages in the current version.
Is the original PDF overwritten?
No. A new rotated.pdf file is downloaded.
