How to use WebP to PDF

  1. Select one or more WebP files.
  2. Choose how each image should fit its PDF page.
  3. Select Convert WebP to PDF.
  4. Download images.pdf and inspect detail and background rendering.

What the tool creates

Because the PDF library does not directly embed WebP, each image is rendered in a browser canvas and encoded as a high-quality JPG before being placed on a PDF page.

The output is images.pdf. WebP transparency and lossless properties may change during the intermediate JPG conversion.

Common uses

  • Printing downloaded WebP graphics
  • Archiving WebP images in a document
  • Sharing images with systems that prefer PDF

Important limits

  • WebP images are converted through JPG, so transparency can be replaced and quality can change.
  • Animated WebP files are not preserved as animation.
  • Very large images can require significant browser memory.

Privacy note: Supported processing runs in this browser tab. Do not process files you are not authorized to handle, and keep an original backup.

WebP to PDF questions

Does the PDF keep WebP animation?

No. The browser uses a still rendered frame for PDF creation.

Will transparency remain?

Not reliably, because WebP is converted through a JPG canvas output.

Can I combine several WebP files?

Yes. Each selected file becomes one page.

Can I fit images on A4?

Yes. A4 and US Letter fitting are available.

Why use PDF instead of WebP?

PDF is often more convenient for printing, document workflows and multi-page sharing.
