How to use PNG to PDF

  1. Select one or more PNG files.
  2. Choose the preferred page-fitting mode.
  3. Select Convert PNG to PDF.
  4. Download images.pdf and check page backgrounds and order.

What the tool creates

Each PNG is embedded on its own PDF page. Page fitting can use the image dimensions, A4 or US Letter, with proportional scaling and centered placement.

The result is images.pdf. Transparent PNG areas are displayed against the PDF page background as supported by the embedding library and viewer.

Important limits

  • Transparent areas may appear against a white page depending on rendering.
  • The tool does not recognize or add searchable text.
  • High-resolution PNG files can make the PDF large.

Can I convert several PNG files at once?

Yes. The tool creates one PDF page per selected PNG.

Will transparency be preserved?

PNG transparency is embedded, but the visible result depends on the PDF page and viewer background.

Can I choose A4 pages?

Yes. A4 and US Letter fitting options are available.

Does the tool reduce PNG quality?

PNG data is embedded without intentionally converting it to JPG.

Can I combine PNG and JPG together?
